Cavas Parés Baltà.

These hundred-year-old cellars have been producing ecological wines and cavas since 1790 and biodynamic wines since 2012. This means that their agriculture comes from a system in equilibrium, with minimal external intervention. For example, they have sheep to fertilize the field or bees to pollinate the grapes.
Parés Baltà has 5 estates with a large mosaic of soils, and they are already the third generation of winegrowers, a family of true wine lovers!
If you want to take a guided tour of the winery, walk through the vineyards or pair up with its wines and cavas, you’re in luck, they open practically every day of the year.

Cavas Mascaró.

Behind these prolific cellars have three generations of distillers. Founded in 1945, Mascaró produces spirits (brandy, gin, orange liqueur, cocoa liqueur and pomace) as well as vermouth, cava and wine. Its artisanal distillery located in Villafranca del Penedès is one of the few wine distilleries in Catalonia.
Its logo, a mask like those adorning stately buildings, is half man half lion as a symbol of its energy applied to creation. If you want to see it in person, you can sign up for its modernist wine tourism routes or for a wine and cava tasting from its website.

Jean Leon Wineries.

The first vines of this winery were planted in 1963, replacing local vines with French ones such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Chardonnay. Jean Leon is an innovative winery, a pioneer in making unique wines, with a film story behind it.

If you decide to visit their vineyards, you will be able to see for yourself how they are transforming the classic enotourism in a leisure experience: to cross their vineyards in segway or electric scooter, to press yourself the grapes with the feet or to combine wine tastings with high gastronomy are only some of their many proposals.
