At Dolce Sitges we know how important it is for our sports guests to be able to train like at home and, therefore, we would like to give you some handy tips. Help them discover how to train during their travels and at the hotel.


Exercise in the hotel room, and surroundings.

Practicing a training routine inside the hotel room is simpler than it sounds. You just have to choose simple, less intense exercises that you can do in an enclosed space. Repeat exercises such as squats, for example, are perfect for toning up the lower body and burning calories. The push-ups will allow you to work the upper body (pectorals, shoulders and arms) and the abdominals to develop the abdominal muscular area.

But the best gets to the end. One of the greatest advantages of training in a hotel is being able to enjoy certain comforts and services that we rarely have at home. Such as, for example, the spectacular Jacuzzi whirlpool on the terrace of the Deluxe Mediterrani room in Dolce Sitges. Want to relax between bubbles?

Another good exercise option is running, especially if your hotel is located in a natural environment. It’s not all work! Although business travel is always important to leave the hotel to clear and, by the way, know a little environment. So much so, that in 2019 we have renovated all the machines in our gym with high-end Technogym technology: now our equipment is the latest model, with connected touch screens and we have incorporated high-performance systems such as Small Training, EMS or K-Strech. Our fitness rooms are open 24 hours a day and have three different spaces: cardiovascular zone, strength zone and free and functional weight zone. And if that’s not enough, you can hire a personal trainer just for you.
